The Opportunity:
Canadian Natural (CNRL) is seeking an Equipment Services Coordinator for the Facilities and Services team. Reporting to the Lead, Site Services you are responsible for creating solutions to overcome internal and external barriers and facilitate the completion of all stages including coordination, installation and maintenance of staff office facilities for all areas of the plant. As well as supervising the resources required to execute the provision of site facilities and services.
Key Accountabilities:
Work with a team of coordinators and Canadian Natural process groups to identify, procure and maintain temporary office facilities and services (allocations, moves, supplies and consumables)
Coordinate the installation and connection of utilities and trades personnel. In addition, assist with the coordination, application and receipt of necessary building permits
Attend regular meetings with all site departments to ensure that facilities are provided to suit requirements
Allocate area and owner’s cost budgets for facilities and ensure proper policies and procedures are followed as per the contract
Assist in the preparation and review of contract documents, as well as implement and enforce the guidelines for monitoring the utilization of temporary and permanent facilities
Schedule and arrange for preventative maintenance services. In addition, renovate and relocate mobile complex facilities

Job location: Fort McMurray, Alberta – Horizon Oil Sands site
Eligible for relocation to Calgary, Edmonton or Fort McMurray
Company sponsored Fly-in/Fly-out from Calgary or Edmonton
This is a safety sensitive position
Shift: 7X7 – Wednesday to Tuesday

Skills & Qualifications:
Grade 12 or GED is required. However, a journeyman certificate in any discipline would be an asset
Experience in facilities management is not required, experience in industrial or civil work is an asset
Service contract knowledge
Experience with Microsoft Office products is required
