Our rapid expansion means we are now seeking a Head of Partnerships to better align with our existing strategic partnerships, as well as build new ones, to aid in the growth of new and existing markets.

The role
– what you’ll do as a Head of Partnerships: One of Dext’s core growth strategies is for us to better align with our existing strategic partnerships and build new ones to aid in the growth of new and existing markets.

In this role, you will be the key representative Dext with our partners/alliances and similarly advocate for them at Dext.

In particular, this role will focus on key accounting partners such as Intuit, Xero and others, while also discovering other outlets that can further grow the business.

This role is focused on the North American marketplace.

Your day-to-day will include: Identify, assess, and build relationships with key alliance partners in Canada and the USA; Develop a detailed and up-to-date organisational structure of the Partner group; Creating organisation links between Partner & Dext contacts; Managing data in Salesforce and planning next steps, and activities; Facilitate the creation of co-marketing campaigns with Alliance Partners (in partnership with Dext Marketing Team); Organising and running sales enablement and corporate entertainment events; Ensuring the key Dext messaging is disseminated across the Partner organisation and Partner messaging likewise across Dext; Representing Dext at Partner events; Measuring integration numbers, growth rate, NPS, and reviews; Ensuring API developments and opportunities are communicated and prioritised; Key KPIs: Partner activations, revenue, integrated accounts, x-sell.

About you
– what we are looking for: Experience working in a partner or channel environment; Experience working with accounting/bookkeeping software, particularly Intuit and/or Xero; Ability to drive and maintain relationships at a senior management level; Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication; Ability to demonstrate previous success in key accounts, channel distribution or consultative role in a fast-paced business environment; Have unrelenting high standards for execution with excellent attention to detail; Naturally manage relationships with sales teams and key stakeholders; Sequential and strategic thinker, who is both process driven and persistent; Integrity and professionalism; Confident and compelling public speaker; Ability to persuade, challenge and negotiate.
