– Regular Full-time (203453) Toronto, ON, CA Posted: 5/13/2021 10:54:56 AM We currently have a Regular Full-Time postion for a Technical Administrator in our Information Services Department at Sunnybrook.

Hours of Work: Weekdays: Monday-Fridays; 8:30am-5:30pm; As per schedule Support of System for Hardware & Software and server infrastructure Maintain the Enterprise IT data hosting services (Web hosting, McAfee, SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, SAN, server hosting and VDI infrastructure) including designing, implementing and supporting the systems as required.

Initiate, manage and successfully complete projects improving the current hosting infrastructure services as necessary ensuring systems operate according to best practices and meet the business needs.

Create detailed design and deployment documentation from technical architecture designs for hardware, software, storage and database systems Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and upgrading server and Operating System Application and System support Provide Tier 3 support with limited supervision.

Develop and maintain system configuration, documentation, industry best standards and practices.

Perform problem resolution and assist in the development and documentation of department processes, technical standards, and interface applications Work closely with other IT disciplines peers to ensure the current system is scalable, flexible, and sustainable to provide enterprise services to the customer.

Qualifications/Skills Bachelor’s degree in Technology-related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience Strong in-depth hands-on knowledge and experience in Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server, F5 load balancer, Fortinet Web Application Firewall, McAfee ePO, Active Directory, SQL, IIS, Exchange, SharePoint, VDI, VMware and CommVault.

Familiarity with design principles of robust, secure, HA and high-performing server side architecture Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows platforms (Server 2012-2019) Intermediate knowledge of SCCM, MobileIron MDM, Imprivata SSO, WinMagic, Mac OSX management.

Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wireless), PowerShell and Administrative scripting proficiency.

Ability to correlate incident trends into problem management and execute permanent fixes Demonstrated experience using an ITIL based ticketing systems Demonstrated Root Cause Correct Action analysis and report generation Excellent organizational and planning skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent client relations skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
