Territory Manager


This is a Contract position in Fort Mcmurray, AB posted June 21, 2021.

Bio-K is currently looking for a Territory Manager, Medical Sales to join its sales team in Ontario.

This is a permanent and full time position based on 40h per week.

As a Territory Manager, you will have the responsibility of growing sales in the Greater Toronto Area through existing and potential customers for all of the company’s products.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will be to: Meet or exceed territory sales goals; Managing current and new opportunities through the sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, closing and following up on new product & service implementations; Ensure compliance with execution and reporting procedures; Participate in weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership; Service existing customers to ensure optimal sales through product placement & SKU turnover and product education; Establish and follow through on business growth plans for top accounts, those generating 80% of the revenue in your territory; Execute the sales strategy within your specific territory; Train & educate HCP’s (pharmacists, Md’s& Md’sspecialists) on the features and benefits of Company products in order to gain recommendations; Organize or participate in special events to further generate product recommendations (webinar, conference) Participate in trade shows and customer events as required; Elaborate new business development by activate new accounts, listing or new business opportunities; Elaborate new business development by activate new accounts, listing or new business opportunities.

Preparing presentations for potential customers.

Support the Sales Director with the prospection, developing, and maintain the business of targeted hospitals.

Elaborate and execute group trainings with specific Health Care Facilities / Long term Care Facilities.

Identify target markets in accordance with organizational strategy utilizing familiarity with hospital operations and existing reporting, tools and dashboards.

Gain & following up on HCP’s leads generated by the company.

Assess problem and bring solution at store level for an optimal sales management.

Keep sales leadership team informed of all developments in the region i.e.

competitors, advertising campaigns, new entrants in the market/category, etc; Review territory sales performance and generate business review on a quarterly basis.

Maintain and enhance the professional image of the Company; Be fully knowledgeable about product features & usage; review professional publications; embody company culture autonomous in your contact with customers, buyers and brokers.

• University degree in science or business management or equivalent experience;
• 1 to 5 years of science related sales experience: Pharmaceutical, Retail or Packaged Goods considered an asset;
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
• Knowledge of CRM management software is an asset;
• Written and verbal English skills are mandatory;
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.

Owns a vehicle in good working order.

Must be available to travel;
